About Ollie
I was diagnosed with Autism when I was aged about 3. I always knew something was different about me while going through school, but could never explain it until I learned about Autism.
Once I found out about Autism I felt a massive sense of clarity. Everything began to make sense and I finally had an answer to a lot of questions.
Getting to know others with Autism was incredibly powerful and made me feel less lonely. So I want to help make sure other people with Autism feel less alone, gain confidence and are empowered by their Autism rather than burdened by it.

Caitlin Nicholson
Therapeutic Trainee
About Caitlin
Being neurodivergent has given me an insight into how people experience the world in different ways, especially in how they feel and relate to others. This has shaped my interest in a psychotherapeutic approach that is open, containing, and respectful of neurodivergent experience.
I am drawn to work that values difference, creates a sense of safety, and supports the development of self-understanding within the therapeutic relationship.

Volunteering with Connect Without Limits is such a rewarding experience it has allowed me to be a part of such a heartwarming group of young adults. Watching them grow and gain in confidence over the short amount I have known them.
