If your child or adolescent is struggling with their mental health, you can feel powerless. We are here to help support them any way we can with the help of experienced, passionate and committed counsellors.

We understand how challenging it can be to support a young person struggling with their mental health. We aim to relieve the stress and provide a safe and comfortable environment for both child and adult.

Although it is not possible to do this for free, we strive to make sure it is as cost-effective as possible. There will be two chargeable offerings: you can choose to undergo counselling with one of our BACP qualified counsellors or if you need counselling on a budget, there is the option of one of our counselling trainees. All the counselling work will be supervised by a qualified counselling supervisor.
