I joined as their first referral back in the second half of 2022, and my life has improved unrecognisably since then, largely because of the support, encouragement, and love I’ve received from Tina, Ollie, Bronwyn, and my peers.

Feeling understood is something most take for granted, but for me it was incredibly rare and felt like a miracle to finally experience it when joining CWL. The autistic experience is a rollercoaster sometimes and can be very isolating but having the unwavering backup of CWL has helped me so much.

I went from agoraphobic in a very bad relationship and constant work burnout, to now being able to travel alone abroad, healthy friendships and new amazing relationship, and having support for working towards a career I’ve wanted for years.

I will never be able to thank them all enough for everything they don’t even realise they’ve helped me with.

I will never stop shouting from the rooftops about CWL, they are one of the best resources I have ever seen and experienced.

To say the impact that CWL has had on me is anything less than immense would be short-changing.
